Services Provided
DenmarkToMarry.com assists couples with the application process required to get legally married in Denmark. We provide guidance, document preparation support, and coordination with relevant Danish authorities. For more information about our services, please check out: Services
Payment Terms
Payments for our services can be made via Wise or PayPal. All fees must be paid in full, according to the installment plan we provide, before we commence work on your application.
User Responsibilities
As a couple, your responsibilities are:
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents as required for your marriage application.
- You acknowledge that any misinformation or fraudulent documentation can result in denial of your marriage application.
- You are responsible for understanding and complying with any legal requirements related to your marriage in Denmark.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you want to cancel one of your services, please keep the following things in mind:
- If you cancel before we have started processing your application, you are eligible for a full refund of our service fee.
- After the application process has started, there will be no refund for services rendered.
- Please see below the conditions for each service and the corresponding payment details:
- The government processing fee paid to the Danish Family Agency (Familieretshuset) is non-refundable under any circumstances, once payment has been made.
- To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email: email@DenmarkToMarry.com.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation approval.
- The right of withdrawal expires if the performance of the service has explicitly begun and the consumer has agreed to this. This means that once the service has started (e.g., by sending information or commencing work), the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
1. Full Service

If you have paid the full service fee of €595:
- Before Application Processing Begins:
You are eligible for a full refund of €595. - After Application Processing Has Started: The moment we send you the documents and information via email, the processing begins!
Refund issued: €310 and Cancellation Fee: €285.
2. Initial Payment Only (€285)
If you have only paid the initial €285:
- Before Application Processing Begins:
You are eligible for a full refund of €285. - After Application Processing Has Started: The moment we send you the documents and information via email, the processing begins!
The €285 is non-refundable and is the cancellation fee.
2. Apostille Service
1. Full Service Fee (€111)
If you have paid the full service fee of €111:
- Before Application Processing Begins:
You are eligible for a full refund of €111. - After Application Processing Has Started: The moment we send you the documents and information via email, the processing begins!
Refund issued: €34 and Cancellation Fee: €77.
2. Initial Payment Only (€77)
If you have only paid the initial €77:
- Before Application Processing Begins:
You are eligible for a full refund of €77. - After Application Processing Has Started: The moment we send you the documents and information via email, the processing begins!
The €77 is non-refundable and is the cancellation fee.
3. Already Applied Service
1. Full Service Fee (€333)
You should pay only €333:
- Before Application Processing Begins:
You are eligible for a full refund of €333. - After Application Processing Has Started: The moment we send you the documents and information via email, the processing begins!
Refund issued: €48 and Cancellation Fee: €285. - Note: The AFL fee is already paid by you in this case.

Note About Coupon Codes
If you use a coupon code (e.g. 5% off), the discount is applied to the service fee only and rounded.
The discounted service fee is non-refundable once the application starts.
